Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in different seasons. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal or higher value. Should more than just a minor substitution be required, we will contact you for approval prior to delivery.

Requesting Non-Same Day Service

Include which date you would like the recipient to receive the flowers in the delivery date field of the order. If we cannot accomodate this date, we will contact you by email and by phone generally within 60 minutes during business hours of placing the order.

Customer Changes

Email us at orders at rossirovetti.com if you'd like to include another special note or change anything with your order. During business hours we will generally respond to you within 60 minutes of your request. Otherwise call us directly at 415-397-5311 for more information.
